' 96 960 front brake rotors 900

I wanted to replace my front brake rotors as I noticed the outter edges of the disc stick out about 1 mm on both sides. There is a number "6819678" carved on the 11" disc. Is it the rotor part number? Should I stay with the Volvo OE or any better-made aftermarket brand that will fit as good as the OE. Rotors get warped easily, but they shouldn't wear down to the minimum so soon. I would appreicate if anyone could provide suggestion. (Looks like both front and rear are Girling calipers.) Thanks
