Interference or not? Conflicting info 200

Im contemplating doing both my 90/93 240s timing belts and while checking my manual (Haynes) I read that the "B230 IS an interference engine but the B21 and B23 arent. I read here and heard from others that ALL Volvo 4cyl are non-interference. Which is it?. Thanks Taylor
