my first car..clutch, rear floors, how can i up the horses please help? 200 1986

Hey everyone
i have just bought my first volvo. Its a 1986 240 dl 4 door sedan. I will have pictures up soon. Over the past week i've done some body work to it so that that rust that was on it wouldn't spread, and so that she looks better.
But i have a couple of questions. First off does anyone know how much it would cost to replace the clutch? my tranny is a m46 i think or maybe it was 47 with an overdrive. i'd like to know how much that would cost.

my second question, is the rear floors need to be replaced. if i have a welder ..how easy is this to do.

third question ahha how could i boost the horsepower of this bad boy in any way..
its not a turbo and i doubt i can put one in. any suggestions?
i would greatly appreciate any feedback
thanks
