Bulb Failure Light is on incessantly 200 1983

The bulb warning light comes on as soon as I turn my parking lights on, but all lights are working. Then, it comes on again if I put the brake on, but both brake lights are working. Any idea?

Also, what kind of bulbs are used in the instrument panel? Should the OD off light come on at startup, because it doesn't and I thought maybe the bulb was out? Of course, my OD hasn't worked since I got the car and I don't know when it should come on (OD is next week's project).
