84 240 wagon won't start -please help

The car sat for 2 weeks - now won't start.

Has battery power - jumped it and it turns over.
It's getting spark and fuel as it will run for a short time then die.
Almost as if the wires were hooked up incorrectly.
- I replaced the cap + rotor, wires and plugs. Still happens.

My next step is to unplug the MAF?
How do I check the fuel pressure regulator?
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
