wipers stopped working on my 84 sedan fuse blows 200 1984

My wipers were jerking for a few days then they stopped working altogher. the fuse for them is blown and when i replaced it it blew again. i was looking for a short or something forgot to unplug my battery took out transformer and lit the windshield wires on fire. i am in need of help also my cc doesnt work and my headlights are stuck on highbeams. it runs fine though.
