Special edition S90-V90

Hi Mike -
I just bought a 98 S90. Has 62000 miles on it. I have been doing some research on the net about the car and found that I have a top of the line model, with things like the velour inserts in the seats and speakers in the b pillar (etc.)as well as the optional alloy wheels. It is quite possible that there was a regional edition of this model. My s90 was originally from CA., but no special paint job. Volvo did put out an executive edition of this model, it has a longer body (to accomodate the larger rear seat area) you can read about it on www.volvoclub.org.uk I realize that this in not much to go on, but I hope it helps.
