ECC programmer anyone? 700

Can anyone lend me and sell me if needed an ECC programmer for an '86 760T? An independent Volvo mechanic tells me the vacuum tank, hoses, check valves and motors all hold vacuum OK on my '86 760T, but the ECC programmer loses vacuum at the transducer. Under acceleration like going uphill in the mountains when the vacuum/pressure gauge in the car shows pressure rather than vacuum, the A/C ceases to operate. The mechanic tells me he cannot get to the trnasducer innards without destroying the ECC programmer. So it looks like I could use a known good programmer to replace the one in the car now and see if that solves the problem. If so, I will want to buy the programmer. Please, can anyone help?
