960 Stalling - 240 Veteran Lost... Please Help

Greetings! I am a bit perplexed... These 960's sure are complex! (Compared to my old 240). I am stuck and need some advice.

DESC: 1995 960 Wagon, 50K mi

SYMPTOMS: Engine stalls, or runs very rough, losing all power - never when cold, almost never when normal "hot", almost always when engine temperature is "warming-up".

Restarts immediately, after stall. Idle is smooth. Seems to stall under sudden load, particularly shifting into 2nd (auto trans), or when A/C engages, sometimes stalls when cruising at speed (less frequent).

ORIGINAL ECU CODE: 113 - Indicated O2 Sensor. Replaced with new O2 sensor. Ouch! Expensive! Turned out not to be the problem... still stalls. New code appears...

NEW ECU CODE: 115 - Injector #1 - Pulled injectors and seem to have good spray patterns, and not clogged...

OTHER WORK: I have also: Cleaned the thottle body, replaced spark plugs, filters (oil, air, fuel).

OTHER THOUGHTS: I checked the Throttle Position Switch and it seems to be functioning... I not sure that I can effectively check the Air Mass Meter, but the thought crossed my mind that this is the culprit... (these too, are very expensive... and if it's not the problem I don't wan't to make it a $400 experiment!)

Ideas?
