Replacing Accumulator 700 1992

I'm replacing my accumulator within the next few days as I finish up this air conditioning repair that went from a simple recharge to a minor overhaul. I've learned a lot.

My question is this. I took the old accumulator off last night and it has what I believe is compressor oil in it. How do I know how much oil to put into the new accumulator? Should I just measure how much I drain out of the old one or is there a recommended amount to add?
