My Brick. 200

It's an 88 240 gl with peanut butter guts. I'm not sure if I am going to have to keep this beast, or if I'm gonna sell it and get a 940t =)

Things I've done.

New taillights (80 bucks off ebay!)

Visor clips (off a 740 i guess.. cause they fit a little awkwardly, but six bucks off ebay)

New tires. (curbs are NOT your friend)

Floor mats! (20 bucks at wally world and they blend nicely.)

I've kept it vacuumed and washed. Kept the engine clean even though it leaks oil. Had the oil changed even though it changes itself. Changed the fuel filter myself the other day (yuck..).

Stuff that needs to be..(besides whats listed in my prev post. My car was neglected by the previous owner *cough my sister cough*)

Rear deck carpeted thingy.

Rear deck seatbelt covers.

Rear deck brake light cover.

Passenger side seatbelt post.

Parking brake cover.

Plastic window over gauge cluster.

Int dome light.

Lock knobs!!!

Top dash center vent thing.

Front turn signal lenses.

Rocker panel trim clips.

Are new door pockets worth it? I was thinking about reupholstering the doors, or just making a cloth/vinyl pocket that fits across the bottom of the door with elastic to hold it back. People have a tendency to open the door with their feet.

I'm just evaluating allllll the work i would have to do to make my car almost new. Besides all of this and the engine work, I'd still have to fix the little dings in it, and repaint it. I'm so picky.
