**Engine mount installation** 200 1983

i have replaced mine several times; it is not rocket science. Important not to put the block of wood directly under the oil pan drain plug (you may not know the brickboard history of that comment). The best place to put the blocks of wood IMHO is under the oil pan and under the crank pulley.

There is plenty of excellent, detailed info on motor mounts in the archives. Would recommend changing transmission mount also.

BTW, IPD sales mag this month (got mine yesterday) has a lengthy article on changing motor mounts.
