Need help to locate AC (r134) low side port 1993 240 200 1993

In plain sight when opening the hood I see a valve port. There is a cap on it and a tag that reads R134.

I need to put some coolant into the system. I believe this port described above is the high port. I tried to put coolant into system here and the contents of my can would not empty.

Where is the low port?
