Retractable Seat Belt Conversion 140-160

Hi,
Is there anything I should watch for in converting the older '69 type non-retractable seat belts to the later '70 version? Just a straight forward replacement and add the door post covering, right? Anything peculiar with the door post covers I need to know about?
