getting ripped off

I went to a annual swap meet at IPD saturday may 18. I had bought 4 760 turbo rims 10 spoke for my 81 245. looking at them for a minute they had a few flat looking spots. I asked the guy about them and he said it was only the lip. he said he had just removed them from his 760 turbo and they roll fine. so thinking they were fine I bought them for $144. this was about 1 hour in to the event and I put them on my brick. they had a lot of flat spots from what looks like curb jumping. I wonted a refund this was about a hour later and he would not do it. he said it was my problem and my friends and argued for about 20 minutes and the guy would not give in. now I have 4 bent rims and do not know what to do wiht them. I would like to be able to straten them but I might have to sell them. does any one know where I can get them fixed in the portland, oregon area?

the guy was from utah and drove a land rover so I so not know why he was in oregon.
