Ok guys, Your gonna love this (trans go BYE BYE) 200 1984

well, my transmission's long plight seems to be over. i was at a stop sign and i tried to take off, but the trans clunked, and the engine just revved and revved. i tried every gear (D, 2, 1), but it didnt work. so guess what, i ended up driving about 3 miles up twisty mountain roads in REVERSE to my friends house where i parked it for the night. we're gonna try and figure out what to do tomorrow. anyone know what i should do? is it dead for sure? thanks...
