Rear bushings on front control arms supposed to be different L/R ? 200

I was reading in the Bentley manual that the rear bushings for the front control arms are different for the left vs. right side. I just ordered a front end "kit" which included these bushings. They appear to be identical or nearly so, and certainly don't look like the pictures in the Bentley manual. One has a part number, the other does not (though it does have an "R" on it). Other than these small differences, they appear identical.

So, the question is this: Did I get a usable part? The manual clearly says "not interchangable", and provides a picture which looks quite different from the part I have in my hand.

Anyone?

TIA

-Steve
