Problem on new brakes 900 1996

I installed new front discs and pads and put some 60 miles local driving in the last few days. This morning at highway speed, I found the car vibrated when brake was applied. There was no feedback on steering wheel and vibration on brake padel. The only thing I was not sure about the job was positioning the disc as there was no special marking on it. What did I do wrong? Thanks.
