Back-Up/Reverse Lights Not Working 900 1994

I'm new to the 940, so I'm not sure, but on the 240s its under the shifter. Remove the plastic cover and underneath is the neutral safety switch/ reverse light switch. Does your car start in neutral? It could just be out of alignment.
Check for reverse lights as you go through. Could be bad too. disconnect and check with an ohm meter.
Good Luck
Chuck....
