Rear Dome light switch on 240 Wagon

The 245's I've looked at (several eighties cars, none newer than 1987 though) all had different rear dome switches. They appear to be indentical with the door switches at a first glance but if you look closer, you'll see that the rear switch is a very simple one pole design. And a door switch simply wont fit - the hole is too small and the space provided in the beam not deep enough.

Very old (seventies and 145) cars used a completely different setup without the phillips mounting screw but the rear switch still differed from the doors if I remember correct.
