turbo, oil filter relocation kit,

I put in a relocation kit. Volvo's 'relocation' kit for the 940 puts it under the turbo. My '86 has it in the regular position, which is a real PITA!!! I used to remove the air hoses to get it from above. I was able to check the turbo though.

I bought a 965 and it had the oil filer located infron of the lower cross member. Changing the oil and filter was a snap. I bought an oil filter relocation kit for the 740T. I mounted the oil filter under the car below the air filter box. Changing the oil is now a snap too. It uses regular rubber hoses but I would like to use braided hoses and threaded couplings. The kit came with the worm style clamps. I added more for that extra piece of mind. I am also able to use the regular Volvo filter.
