Clean your tank out 1800 1971

Bob,
Oliver has a good idea here but let me make a suggestion. I had your same problem so I removed the tank and shipped it to Gas Tank Renu ( http://gas-tank.com/ ) for repair and restoration. For the money, $225.00, I got it completely rebuilt for less than the cost of a new tank, if I could have found one. It comes with a lifetime warranty honored at any USA dealership. At the same time I replaced the sending unit, obtained from Don Thibault; http://www.p1800.com/
