Weird noise after starting, from brakes 700

Shortly after I start my 88' 745 turbo, i get this weird sound from the brakes. It almost sounds like the ABS is going on, this only happens when the car is cold, and at very low speeds, like coming to a stop. The ABS light is not on and their is plenty of brake fluid. Does anyone know what this noise is? After the car is warmed up (only a block or two) that noise is gone and everything seems normal. Is it the brake pressure just building up?
