Need info on the correct tie rod ????????? 200 1986

The information tag in my trunk of my '86 245 says I have a #2 steering gear..Which I understand from here is a "Cam gear" model.....Right? So I ordered two of them along with tie rods and boots......From one of our car parts dealers I found on the Brickboard...I was sent the wrong part either my fault or theirs or maybe the steering gear was changed......to a ZF?.......The ball end of the tie rod on the car has the "Large female find threads"....The ones I were sent has a Small male threads about 1/2inch in diameter....What does my car have and what was I sent.......Thanks.........very much...Bob
