oil into spark plus holes 900 1992

I have a 1992 940 GLE B234F with 60K in mint shape.
The last time I changed the plugs I notice oil in all four of the holes through the valve cover (no oil went through the thread of the plugs). How did it get there? Does the valve cover need to removed, are there gaskets there that need to be replace? Is this a common problem on these engines? Where is the PCV vavle on this car so I can check to see if it is not clogged...?

Please help

Thanks,
Greg
