I have put a tach in place of the clock that came with the DL I have. I somewhere remember reading on the board that these motors could cruise all day at a certain RPM. My car runs all day at less than 2K RPM cuz all I do is never leave town. But I want to make a 1000 mile trip and know that I could run 2500 RPM but thats only about 55-60, and I want to be able to keep up with the traffic. Would it be pushing her to hard if I keep her at 3500 RPM all day long????? Thanx again.
