If the windings and commutator are not burnt nor solder melted out of it
you may be able to save it. Take the fan blade off first and then see
if you can turn it. Intermittent dripping of a volatile solvent
(perhaps lacquer thinner) into the bearings may loosen it up so you
can get it apart.
It will be easier if only one end is seized.
