89, 240, Instrument Cluster Dead

Working on my son's 89 240 fixing OD and fuse #12 blowing problem. Got those fixed and then discovered no lights on instrument cluster and speedometer is wacked out showing about 80 mph when at around 45 mph. Had the dash apart and disconnected/reconnect cluster.

Does anyone know if there is a power or ground wire I show be checking? Don't see a fuse for the instrument cluster (thought maybe corroded fuse - was messing with fuses). With lights on I have power on the brown wire of circular connector, so looks like I have power, so thats why was wonder if there is a ground connection I should be checking.

Thanks for any help
