how to install mysterious green light 200 1989

I'm not sure what the question is, so I'll answer both.

There are black plastic pieces that cover the spots where the switch will fit. Pop one of those out and slide the switch in. If you don't have the two metal clips on the top and bottom, the switch won't fit tightly, so you might need to wrap the switch in electrical tape to make it fit snuggly.

If you already have the switch in place, and you just want the light lit, you can run a 12V+ to one side of the bulb and a ground wire to the other side. Splice into the instrument lighting and the bulb will come on when the parking lights come on, or just run a wire to the fuse panel and hook it to a connector that's powered when the ignition is in position II (such as the power windows).
