Buying a 1993 940 turbo sedan....what to replace? 900

Ok, I'm buying a 1993 940 turbo sedan. It has 120K on the clock, I know it has r134a so i'm happy with that. Problem is that I dont have any form of maintance history....but the price is right. I know to check the fluids etc for signs of neglect and the engine bay looks relatively clean (although that doesnt say much)....what types of things can i expect to replace at this milage with an unknown history....my volvo dealer sucks and is clueless.....tried to sell me a timing belt job a 600$.....thats way to high. So any thoughts are greatly appreciated on what to replace an how much it should cost....or things to look for before i sign papers on it.
