Fuel System Instalation questions. 1980 244

Ok, first question, is the fuel system. I purchased a '83 w/blown turbo. I will be installing a '80 b21f.
This '83 has been sitting in a wet environment for over a year, should I flush the fuel lines before I install the fuel pump, filter and fuel distributer. Also the tank has a dent in it, I am thinking of taking it out and put my '80 tank (good condition) in while I have it up in the air; do you think it would be good to lose the dented tank? or just flush it out? Note: I will be ordering a fuel distributer, so I would flush the lines prior to installing it.

Next question will be the exhaust.
