Parking brake adjustment on '96 960 900 1996

Thanks for the advise from Hovonogila, JohnB, and Allah for rear rotors installtion. As I knocked out the passenger's side rear rotor, I found the parking brake shoes were tightly attached to the drum. I did not see any adjustable screws or springs in the assembly to release the tension.
They must have ridden on the rotor for a long time. There were no holes anywhere on the drum or rotor to release or tighten the shoes. The driver's side had no problem at all. How can I make the both sides even? Please advise.
