Bilstine Shocks TOURING or HD ? 700 1990

I am going for new shocks and struts on my 90 745 turbo. The old ones are pretty loose. Any one know the difference between the "touring" and HD model? I priced them out with shocks.com. I am looking for a firmer more sporty ride, but don't race this thing, so it doesn't have to be real stiff. I had KYB shocks on my other (RIP) 745. They were softer than I had hoped for.
