blistered clearcoat-now what....... 700 1988

I have 2 spots and other dime-sized circles of blistered clearcoat on my silver wagon.whats my intelligent fix? paint underneath is OK and car overall with only small dings,etc is not in need of repainting-but I don't want to neglect this.TIA mark
