B21 Dead on No.3 Cylinder 200 1981

Ran fine until this morning's start, then chugging and rocking in the mounts, and no power. By touching the exhaust manifold branches (briefly!) found No.3 was barely warm - others were really hot. Checked plugwires with my inductive pickup timing light - #3 wire getting spark voltage. Checked all plugs...#3 looks like all the others, nice light tan. Checked compression at 155psi. Checked #3 plug wire with new plug laid against exhaust manifold - lotsa sparks. Installed new plug in #3 and runs as bad as before. So I have spark and compression, so I'm thinking it's a fuel problem, but now I'm out of my league. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
