driveshaft support and support bearing size? 700

my 88 wagon just recently started vibrating while shifting gears, mostly when under strain but now it has worsened to vibrating while i sit at red lights too. i took it in and got quoted $240 for parts to replace the transmission mount, the driveshaft center support and the bearing, (the mechanics will look at the u-joints when they take the driveshaft off). i know i can do better on parts. i already found them all for at least 50% of what i was quoted but i am not sure what size the support and bearing need to be. either 106mm or 208mm seem to be the options and the bearing is compatible with that. i attempted to measure but i want to be sure. any advice would be great! i know to measure from the center support assembly and the center joint, but does that mean from the center of one to the center of the other, or just measure the space on the driveshaft in b/t?

thanks!
