Help rattling catalytic converter 740 GL 1988
Hello brick owners,
Rattling catalytic converter 740 GL 1988 when I accelerate & decelerate, it is not a loose heat protection shield. This noise is annoying and I cannot live with it.
What shall I do?
A. replace with new
B. replace with one from a breakers yard
C. Replace with an empty pipe, as the catalytic converter is not obligatory with this year of car in Sweden. Would the car run ok?
D. Repair the catalytic converter? Can it be done?
