Code 113 after heater hose replacement 200

No danger at all. Contrary to popular belief they all fire at once, however the computer may be capable detecting something here. I know that with other computer driven diagnostics (Ford) the computer is capable of turning of a given injector or plug then watching for appropriate changes from the crank position. This is part of the diagnostic.

It may be possible that something is being detected but I cannot explain or say for sure. Reverse em and see what happens. Also double check to make sure all other wires are connected properly including the grounds. Did you install a new manifold gasket? All plumbing connected good?
