'89 240 tire question...help! 200

hi...

i need to replace tires on my 240dl wagon ('89)....right now they are Bridgestone Turanza T (QL20) 195/70R14. one of the tires still has a tread depth of 10/32 left...the other 2 are around 7 and i think and one is supposedly bald. i'm not sure how accurate these measurements are...as i got them from wal-mart...but assuming they are...what would be the best thing to do? do i keep the one with the 10/32 depth and replace the others? or just replace them all? i know you aren't supposed to replace just one....but is it an idea?

also any recommendations on tires would be appreciated....should i switch back to the orginal 185/70R14? what's the difference? i am looking for an all-season tire that can handle wet conditions well...as well as snow. i have to say the tires i have now did not handle very well in the snow. i live in stl-mo and our weather is sometimes extreme.

one final question....with the recommendations....any web sites/companies with deals on tires or online specials. i'm not in the position to spend a ton on new tires.

thanks for the input!
maggie
