1-3-2 voltage too low/high 700 1991

My "new" 740 (rex-regina) had 2 stored trouble codes: one for IAC (2-2-3) and one for voltage too low/high (1-3-2). I cleared the codes, don't know yet if they will come back. I also bench-tested the IAC and found that it works fine.

I've never heard of anyone having the voltage too low/high problem and couldn't find any reference to it in the archives. The voltage at the battery is 13.05 volts when the car is off. The voltage at the battery is 13.95 volts when the car is on, engine at 2500 rpm. Is this within spec? Any other ideas about this trouble code?
