Another '89 760 A/C Conversion Question 700

OK, folks. I'm joining the masses and converting my '89 760 turbo to R134. I've read the FAQs and the link to the guy's website with the 8 x 10 color glossy photographs with the circles and arrows and paragraph on the back o' each one explaining what it was...

Seems like there's enough information out there that there couldn't possibly be another question, right? Well, can someone tell me if all of the parts are required from Volvo for the conversion, does anybody outside of dealers sell them online perhaps, and is the Variable Orifice Valve different from what comes in the kit?

Appreciate any and all help, of course. I was thinking about how nice cold air would be on Saturday after riding 108 miles on the first day of an MS charity ride where it hit 92 degrees and then riding home in the car for an hour and a half. 8^( Yessir, cold air's going to feel nice when it gets here.
