Oil cooler dripping 900 1996

The splash guard looks wet at the crack. It turns out to be a leaking oil cooler. There were some previous posts regarding O-ring replacement. Is it the O-ring to seal the big bolt to the housing? Will there be oil downpour once I open the bolt? Will it be better if I do this in the next oil change? Is it engine oil or coolant running in and out of the big hoses? I still have aged anti-away bar links and control arm bushing waiting to be done. I miss my '92 Camry now.
