Brake lights still out!! 740 1990 700 1990

I just posted this problem a few days ago.

Recap, brake lights at back don't work, top mount brake light does as do all other lights in back (except license plate lights).

I've checked all suspect fuses with VOM, replaced relay K, and switched out Bulb failure relay with one from junkyard.

I've gotten instruction via brickboard about testing voltage at the brake light switch, and I haven't done that yet, I get dizzy upside down and backward.

I know that I'm getting some leakage at back light area and plan on removing the taillight and resealing (as soon as it stops raining.) I've checked the bulb areas and they seem dry though.

Are there any other places to check?
