I screwed up big. How do I fix this nut 700

I screwed up.

While installing the calibrated gauge, I managed to snap off the brass niple above the gauge line on the intake (the one that goes to the turbo).

Well no big deal I thought I'll just replace it. No dice. I put on the socket and it immediatly stripped it. The brass part is just too tight. I tried vice grips and its bassically shredded now. I tried an "easy out" but again its to tight and just keeps digging in.

I put half a can of wd-40 on it and I still cannot get it to budge.

What options do I have? It looks like I may have to drill and re-tap the intake, which means pulling the intake, which I really cannot do where I am.

What does that line do anyway?

Oh man I hope someone has a good suggestion.
