gunk in TB question 700

The oil buildup was on both sides of the butterfly valve on my throttle body. It was in the intake manifold, the throttle body, and the first 6" of the hose to the air filter. Quite a mess, although taking the TB off and cleaning it was pretty straight forward, and the increased power and steady idle I have now made it worth the time.
