V6 Engine Identification.. 200

AFAIK some of the earlier (83-87) 760s had the B28F. The LH Jetronic
stuff was introduced with the B280F which was available in the 760 and
780.

This of course begs the question, why do you want a Volvo motor over the
Peugeot V6? Supposedly the Peugeot versions had a more durable top end,
etc, etc. If the Chrysler version of this engine was ever available where
you're at.. this might be a more desireable option (3.0L displacement and
EFI and a decent top end lube setup).
