To that poster who commented (ah my fragile memory is showing here) that his 240 Turbos with the beefier flywheels just didn't rev like his 82... I finally found occasion to flog my brick.. made 4200 in 2nd gear before I knew it. Maybe it was the placebo effect that makes the newer ones seem lots slower to rev. Either way it's nice and fun compared to my Taurus, that thing was a slugh...
