How exactly does sway bar size effect a 240’s handling?

Ben - you know me - I know a lot about the wrench mechanics of 240's suspension BUT I am NO suspension guru - I read and digest and maybe spew back 10% of what I read :)

1) I have 25mm bars front and rear. Going on 4 years now. My 262C had the same set up for 2 years. My cars are fully predictable.

2) Doesn't seem to effect traction. You have an LSD, so don't sweat it.

4) I think on paper with less body in the rear will want to follow rather than wallow, hence the oversteer....but I have been reading this hypothesis with the 1" bars for 5 or more years and I just have never experienced it.

Just get the 1" bars. You will enjoy them!

No real need for poly's all around. If your bushings are toast replace them. I like torque rod polys, though.
