Overfilled trans. terrible noise - Plese Help!!! 700 1989

I spent about five hours under the car - Changed the strainer/filter and the small gasket - Once I uscrewed the strainer a lot of dirty fluid came down.
I am sorry , but where is that case vent - on the driver side ?
The other thing I figured - the extra trans fluid did a great job on the trans mount- the trannie was basicly droped on the support beam - the whole rubber ( because it was old as well ) was gone! I think that the trans fluid interacts with the rubber and speeds up the process of deterioration of the mount.
So the noise was coming from two places - the pump had hard time and the trans was touching the support beam directly - metal - to - metal.
I lifted the trans slightly and (for temporary solution)slided in a pice of rubber - Now The Old Swede is running quite!
ohh - by the way the bolts which hold the pan are very weak - be aware - I shreded one of the ... Ithink that they are not swedish!!!
