we actually replaced the wife's 960 with an S90. i almost got to the 'hissey-fit' stage when she started to talk about SUV's (like hat would really have any effect or relevance.) i ran across this one and the wife liked the pic's i showed her. on't get me wrong, i love my 244, but i would REALLY like to have that little extra pick-up the 740 has as opposed to my slug.

don't know where the leak is. what's the diff in the front or rear seal besides location?? don't know about the compressor, just what the guy told me on the phone. the problem is we are still in the apt. and not in the house. i don't have the room, tools or for that fact the time now to do this type of repair. i called the guys at swedish engineering and was told to replace the compressor (including flushing system, replacing condensor and other little goodies) would run about 950$$. that seem a bit steep. do you know anyone who would do this for a bit less??
